Account Access and Use

• Access to the AirSentinel Cloud is granted on a case-by-case basis and is subject to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or terminate account access at any time without prior notice.

• An AirSentinel Cloud account is not required to use the AirSentinel Mobile App, which may be used independently.

• Users must ensure that their account credentials remain secure and confidential. Sharing account access with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

• Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and must notify AirSentinel immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Acceptable Use Policy

• Users agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the AirSentinel Cloud, mobile app, or AMS hardware.

• Users must not hack, interfere with, disrupt, or disable the functionality of the AirSentinel Cloud or AMS units.

• Unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security measures of the AirSentinel Cloud or AMS units are strictly prohibited.

AMS Units and Purchases

• Purchases of AMS units are subject to AirSentinel’s approval and may be canceled at our discretion.

• AMS units are intended for professional use only. By purchasing or using an AMS unit, you affirm that you possess the necessary expertise, knowledge, and certifications required for professional operation.

• Misuse of AMS units, including operation by unqualified individuals, may result in termination of account access and/or legal action.

• All purchases of AMS units and related subscriptions are non-refundable. Users are responsible for evaluating their needs and ensuring compatibility before purchase.

Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AirSentinel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from:

  • The use or misuse of AirSentinel products, services, or data.

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the data provided by AirSentinel.

• AirSentinel reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by users, in which case users agree to cooperate with such defense.

Data Quality Disclaimer

• AirSentinel strives to provide accurate and reliable data through its AMS units, mobile app, and cloud services. However, data quality, accuracy, and completeness are not guaranteed.

• Users acknowledge and accept that AirSentinel data may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and agree to use the data at their own risk.

• AirSentinel is not liable for any actions taken based on the data provided by its services, including but not limited to business, legal, or safety decisions.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
